Industrial Electrician Millwright Details:
Direct Hire position- $
72,800.00 to $ 93,600.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:30pm )
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment in a steel pipe manufacturing environment to ensure safe and continuous production operations.
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems including motors, switchgear, wiring, and control equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes to complete equipment installations and repairs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, including PLCs, motors, sensors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
- Perform preventive maintenance and document maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
- Support equipment installation projects and ensure safe, compliant operation in a heavy manufacturing environment
Industrial Electrician Millwright Qualifications:
Must have demonstrated experience in at least 2-3 of the following:
- Maintain, repair, install and test switchgear, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators, reactors, electrical motors, generators, alternators, industrial storage batteries and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems.
- Install, examine, replace, or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fiber-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components
- Diagnose and correct PLC programming problems to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose, repair and or replace electrical components of machines including but not limited to motors, relays, overloads, cables, switches, sensors, and variable speed drives.
- Experience with new equipment installations preferred, but not required.
