Equipment Sanitation Technician Details:

  • Contract to Hire position
  • $20.00 /hour
  • Weekend work required
  • Third Shift (Sunday through Thursday from 06:00pm to 04:30am)
  • Clean, sanitize, disassemble, and reassemble production equipment and facility areas following SSOPs and safety guidelines
  • Use approved cleaning chemicals, tools, and PPE to ensure equipment and environments meet sanitation standards
  • Complete required sanitation documentation and maintain accurate cleaning records 
  • Support production operations by keeping equipment and work areas clean, safe, and ready for use
  • Work as part of a team in a fast paced manufacturing environment while following safety and compliance requirements

Equipment Sanitation Technician Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; sanitation experience in food, beverage, or OTC pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures (SSOPs), chemical handling, and safety requirements including PPE and cGMPs
  • Ability to read, write, and complete documentation in English; basic computer skills (Word, Excel) required
  • Physically able to perform demanding work including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented manufacturing environment
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
