Equipment Sanitation Technician Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
20.00 / hour - Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughThursday from 06:00pm to04:30am )
- Clean, sanitize, disassemble, and reassemble production equipment and facility areas following SSOPs and safety guidelines
- Use approved cleaning chemicals, tools, and PPE to ensure equipment and environments meet sanitation standards
- Complete required sanitation documentation and maintain accurate cleaning records
- Support production operations by keeping equipment and work areas clean, safe, and ready for use
- Work as part of a team in a fast paced manufacturing environment while following safety and compliance requirements
Equipment Sanitation Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; sanitation experience in food, beverage, or OTC pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures (SSOPs), chemical handling, and safety requirements including PPE and cGMPs
- Ability to read, write, and complete documentation in English; basic computer skills (Word, Excel) required
- Physically able to perform demanding work including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs frequently
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented manufacturing environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
