Service Center Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
70,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Supervise day-to-day service center activities including repair, assembly, maintenance, and refurbishment operations.
- Ensure all work is performed according to company standards, technical specifications, and safety regulations.
- Enforce OSHA and internal safety procedures across the service center.
- Lead, coach, and develop service technician's personnel all our Facilities.
- Assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and support employee training.
- Track and report service center KPIs (throughput, quality, safety, backlog).
Service Center Manager Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, service, or industrial environments.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
