Second Shift Onsite Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 11:00am to07:00pm )
- Lead and coordinate 2nd shift operations to meet production goals
- Serve as the on-site liaison between staff and management
- Track attendance, productivity, and shift performance
- Jump in on the floor to assist during peak times or staffing gaps
- Address issues quickly to maintain workflow and efficiency
- Help onboard and guide new team members
Second Shift Onsite Coordinator Qualifications:
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
- Team player with a hands-on approach
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or staffing environments is a plus
- Standing and walking for long periods throughout the shift
- Frequent bending, lifting, stooping, and squatting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable climbing stairs and ladders
- Willingness to stay active and engaged on the floor
