Elwood Onsite Coordinator - 1st Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 04:30am to03:30pm )
- Oversee daily shift operations and ensure productivity goals are met
- Serve as the main point of contact between employees and management
- Monitor attendance, performance, and workflow on-site
- Troubleshoot issues in real time and keep things on track
- Train and support new hires to set them up for success
Elwood Onsite Coordinator - 1st Shift Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Previous experience in staffing, manufacturing, or team supervision preferred
- Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed
- Comfortable working in an active, fast-paced environment
