Document Control Specialist Details:
Temporary position- $
24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( 07:30am to04:30pm )
- Maintain and organize all project documentation, including drawings, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and reports
- Ensure proper version control and document tracking throughout the project lifecycle
- Distribute documents to internal teams, clients, and subcontractors in a timely manner
- Upload, manage, and update files within Procore or other document management systems
- Assist with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project closeout documentation
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project-specific requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure document accuracy
Document Control Specialist Qualifications:
- Experience working with construction drawings and technical documents
- Familiarity with document control procedures and standards
- Experience with additional platforms such as PlanGrid, Bluebeam, or similar tools Work Environment:
- Office-based with occasional interaction with field teams
- Collaborative, team-oriented construction/project environment
