Staffing Recruiter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
45,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Proactively source, recruit, and pipeline qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
- Conduct structured phone and in-person interviews to evaluate qualifications, work history, and cultural fit
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to fully understand job requirements, expectations, and timelines
- Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, feedback delivery, and offer facilitation
- Accurately document all candidate and client interactions within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Meet or exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting metrics
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all candidate and client interactions
Staffing Recruiter Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (read, write, and speak) is mandatory
- Minimum 1–2 years of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience required
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics and deadlines Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management Experience with ATS platforms and candidate sourcing tools required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with minimal supervision
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
