• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and bend specifications accurately.
• Skilled in selecting proper tooling and performing precise machine setups.
• Experience performing first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality.
• Ability to make adjustments to maintain part tolerances.
• Knowledge of basic press brake maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and organization in the work area.
• Ability to meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Self-sufficient and able to set up and operate machines with minimal assistance.
