1st Shift Maintenance Technician Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
24.00 to $ 26.00 / hour First Shift
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using observation and testing tools
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools Inspect and measure parts using tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Adjust and maintain equipment to ensure proper operation
- Minimize downtime by coordinating with production and supporting preventive maintenance efforts
- Track and maintain inventory of parts and supplies
- Document maintenance activities, issues, and repairs
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and support overall maintenance operations
1st Shift Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Post high school technical or trade school education preferred.
- 3 years of industrial or warehouse maintenance
- Working knowledge of AC and DC power and controls
- Ability to read and work from prints, circuit diagrams and schematics
