Robotic Welding Machine Operator / Setup Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 to $ 22.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 03:30pm to02:00am )
- Set up and operate robotic welding machines to meet daily production requirements
- Load parts, adjust fixtures, and verify programs before production runs
- Monitor weld quality and perform routine inspections throughout the shift
- Troubleshoot basic machine or weld issues and document findings
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures
Robotic Welding Machine Operator / Setup Qualifications:
- Previous experience with robotic welding, machine operation, or manufacturing equipment preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read work instructions or blueprints
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed
- Willingness to work in a production environment and follow safety guidelines
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
