MIG/TIG Welder Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $18.00 to $22.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Weekend work required
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
  • We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MIG/TIG Welder 
  • This role requires the ability to read blueprints, perform machine setups, conduct routine maintenance
  •  Perform high-quality MIG (Gas Metal Arc Welding) and TIG (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) on various materials and components
  • Operate and set up a range of fabrication machinery, including CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and press brakes
  •  Execute precise setup, adjustments, and calibration of machines for different fabrication processes
  • Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on machinery 
  • Perform thorough inspections of finished products 
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols 

MIG/TIG Welder Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of MIG/TIG welding experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
  • Welding certification preferred
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Read, interpret, and accurately follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Tolerance for working in environments with varying temperatures, noise, and dust
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
