Customer Serivice/Collections Details:
Temporary position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Contact consumers via phone, email and written correspondence regarding past-due accounts.
- Negotiate and secure payments in accordance with company guidlines. Clearly explain account details, payment options, and resolution plans.
- Document all account activity accurately and thoroughly in the system. Comply with all collection laws and regulations, including FDCPA and applicable state laws.
- Handle sensitive conversations professionally and respectfully. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to resolve account issues. Escalate complex or disputed account as appropriate.
Customer Serivice/Collections Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior collections, call center, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and respectful in difficult conversations
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn collection software Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality
