Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
12.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughThursday from 10:00am to10:00pm )
- Egg Handling: Sorting, traying, and setting eggs into incubators. Loading egg trucks and moving heavy racks (up to 500 lbs) to and from machines.
- Hatchery Sanitation: Cleaning and disinfecting hatchery machines (hatchers), tray washers, and rooms to maintain low bacteria levels, often using pressure washers.
- Environmental Control: Monitoring incubator/hatcher temperatures, humidity, and ventilation.
- Quality Control: Maintaining high standards for chick health and adhering to strict biosecurity protocols. Jobs Perdue Farms Jobs Perdue Farms +5
- Frequently lifting trays and equipment up to 35-75 lbs.
- Environment: Exposure to high temperatures ( - ), high humidity (up to 100%), and loud noise levels.

Production Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Ability to read and interpret, or follow, written/verbal instructions (SOPs).
- Previous manufacturing or agricultural experience is a plus
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
