Floor Tech Qualifications:

· Previous factory or production experience preferred

· Experience with Fanuc Robotics is a plus

· Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment checks

· Familiarity with high-speed production machinery and measuring tools

· Understanding of manufacturing processes and production procedures

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Physical stamina and ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks

· High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus)

· Legible handwriting required
