Front Desk Associate Details:
Temporary position- $
18.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely responses and accurate information dissemination
- Provide accurate information and assistance to basic inquiries from clients and visitors
- Warmly greet and assist walk-in visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel or resources
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Front Desk Associate Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Proficiency in data entry and general office tasks
- Competency with Microsoft Outlook for email management and scheduling
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
