CNC Programmer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.85 to $ 38.46 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:00pm )
- CNC PROGRAMMER
- •Create and modify CNC programs for mills and lathes
- •Develop efficient tool paths and machining strategies
- •Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and engineering specifications
- •Optimize cycle times and improve machining processes
- •Support machinists during setup and production runs
- •Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
- •Maintain program documentation and revisions
- •Collaborate with leadership to implement new technology
- •Contribute to continuous improvement and skill development across the shop
CNC Programmer Qualifications:
- • Proven CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment
- • Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
- • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- • Commitment to quality, precision, and continuous improvement
- • Experience with Surfcam software (strongly preferred)
- • Experience programming CNC mills and/or lathes
- • Experience with process improvement or cycle time reduction
- • Tooling and fixture knowledge
- • Experience working in a custom or job shop environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
