Property Manager (high rise commercial)
Property Manager to join team in San Diego, CA. The position will work closely with the regional operations teams and will have direct management responsibilities of managing a 460K sq foot, Class A full—service high-rise office building and will join a team of other management professionals.

Property Manager (high rise commercial) Details:
Direct Hire position- $
95,000.00 to $ 100,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Day-to-day property management of high-rise office building.
- Work closely with the on-site team, including Building Engineers, to support efficient property operations and high service standards.
- Execution of business plan to include financial analysis, budgeting, capital project management, tenant and vendor relations.
- Requires knowledge of financial terms and principals of property management including budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, CAM Reconciliations.
- Responsible for resolving elevated tenant concerns regarding property tenant services by communicating with tenants on the phone, in writing, or in person, in order to maintain high tenant satisfaction.
- Participates in daily meetings with engineers, architects, construction contractors, and tenants to oversee tenant space build-outs/ building improvements in order to maintain a high quality of construction and to ensure compliance with construction drawings or building codes as requested.
- Participates in walking tours of vacant building space, to existing and prospective tenants in order to obtain new leases, renewal of existing leases.
- Assists project management with monitoring the performance of contractors working on the property in order to ensure adherence to work orders and the budgets.
- Reviews property expense invoices as needed for accuracy and administer final approval in order to facilitate prompt payment by the corporate accounting department
- Responsible for preparing the annual budget.
- Work closely with accounting team to prepare monthly and/or quarterly property financial reports (such as variance and activity reports).
- Responsible for accuracy and completeness of tenant Billings and prioritizes tenant collections.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Property Manager (high rise commercial) Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of property management experience managing Class A, full-service office buildings; four year degree preferred.
- California Real Estate License required (can obtain after hire within a designated time period).
- Practical knowledge of building operations, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 including Microsoft Word and Excel is required, MRI, Argus and AVID, Angus, Salesforce a plus.
