Press Operator
We’re looking for a dependable, hands?on individual to join our team as a Flexo Press Helper. This is an entry?level role with training provided and a clear path to grow into a press operator position. If you enjoy physical work, learning new skills, and being part of a team, this could be a great fit.

Press Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 04:00pm to02:00am )
- Assist press operators in setting up and running flexographic printing presses
- Prepare materials, inks, and plates for production runs
- Monitor print quality and help make basic adjustments
- Clean and maintain press equipment and work area
- Handle finished products and support production workflow
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Press Operator Qualifications:
- Willing to train on day shift for the first couple weeks, then move to 2nd shift
- Strong reliability and attendance – dependability is critical
- Willingness to learn and grow into a press operator role
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
