Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery to assemble delicate medical parts according to precise specifications.
- Perform routine visual inspections and quality checks on assembled components, ensuring adherence to strict quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and log sheets as required.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality deviations to supervisory staff.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, cleanroom procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the shift.
- Assist with material handling and other production-related duties as assigned.
- Possess excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for intricate assembly tasks.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a machine operator, production worker, or in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
- Ability to safely operate and monitor production machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine setup and adjustments
- Ability to perform quality checks and identify defects
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet daily goals Team-oriented with good communication skills Must have reliable transportation
