Mold/ Expander Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate and monitor mold and expander production machinery, ensuring efficient output and product quality.
- Handle, process, and inspect foam materials according to specific job orders and quality standards.
- Utilize computer systems for machine programming, data entry, and production tracking.
- Perform accurate tape measurements on materials and finished products; successful completion of a measurement test is required.
- Conduct routine quality checks and ensure adherence to all operational procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Other shifts include 4pm to 230am for 16.50.
Mold/ Expander Operator Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating a Sit Down Forklift.
- Basic computer literacy for machine interface and data recording.
- Strong aptitude for accurate tape measurement and ability to pass a measurement assessment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
