Odessa General Labor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
The General Laborer supports daily shop operations by assisting with material handling, equipment maintenance, and production tasks. Responsibilities include moving and inspecting materials, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following all safety protocols. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Odessa General Labor Qualifications:
- * Previous general labor or outdoor work experience
- * Must be able to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy materials
- * Steel toe boots and required PPE (hard hat, long sleeves, etc.) mandatory
- * Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- * Must be available for overtime and weekend work as needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
