Knitting Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
10.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:00pm )
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and productive operation of assigned equipment, contributing to the production of high-quality textile products.
- This is an evening shift position in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
- Monitor machine performance continuously to identify and promptly resolve basic operational issues, such as yarn breaks, dropped stitches, or necessary needle changes.
- Inspect finished products for quality defects
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and maintain an organized workspace.
- Adhere to company dress code, which permits jeans/shorts, tee shirts, and tennis shoes.
Knitting Associate Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience or strong foundational knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, materials, or machinery.
- Ability to comprehend and accurately follow technical instructions, production specifications, and safety guidelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work and maintaining product consistency.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all established safety practices.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing 35+ pounds as needed throughout the shift.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Good manual dexterity for handling small components
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
