Industrial Maintenance Technician Lead Details:
Temporary position- $
26.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:30pm )
- Troubleshoot, repair, & maintain industrial electrical & mechanical systems
- Work with AC/DC motors, electrical equipment, & control systems
- Diagnose & repair conveyors, gears, pulleys, bearings, & compressors
- Perform Stick & MIG welding for repairs & fabrication
- Lead & coordinate maintenance work during the shift to minimize downtime
- Assist in assigning & prioritizing maintenance tasks based on production needs
- Support preventive maintenance programs & continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure all work is completed safely & meets company standards
- Train & assist team members in troubleshooting & repair techniques
Industrial Maintenance Technician Lead Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical skills (AC/DC motors, troubleshooting)
- Solid mechanical background (conveyors, gears, compressors, etc.)
- Welding experience (Stick & MIG)
- Ability to read schematics & technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills & ability to work independently
