QA Inspector Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:00pm )
Key Responsibilities: Inspection & Testing: Conduct visual and dimensional checks of assembled parts to identify defects like misalignment, improper soldering, or faulty wiring.
Measurement: Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and dial indicators.
Documentation: Prepare detailed inspection reports, maintain logs, and track data on quality standards, grades, and dimensions.
Non-Conformance Control: Identify, mark, and segregate defective or non-conforming products to prevent shipment.
Collaboration: Work with production teams to resolve quality issues and recommend corrective actions to improve manufacturing processes.
Documentation: Reviewing, completing, and filing documentation including blueprints, assembly instructions, and inspection records.
QA Inspector Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in assembly inspection, quality control, or a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and blue prints.
Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using precision measuring instruments and electronic test equipment.
Communication: Ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to supervisors and production staff.
Physical RequirementsGood vision, including close-up, peripheral, and depth perception, is required
