Technical Support Representative I Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, video calls, and web forms.
- Troubleshoot instruments, software, data, and chemistry-related issues.
- Conduct product training and assist with documentation for customers.
- Manage repair quotes, returns, warranties, and instrument registrations.
- Document customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to improve products and processes.
Technical Support Representative I Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering-related field required.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or technical support experience.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; able to interpret technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Spanish or other multilingual skills are a plus.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
