Direct Hire - 1st Shift - $65,000-75,000 Annually

 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Technician who enjoys solving problems and making an impact on the production floor. In this role, you’ll inspect materials and products, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with engineers and operators to keep quality standards on track. You’ll also help improve and create processes, analyze performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards like ISO 9001 and IATF. Quality Technician Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 /annually
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:30pm)
  • Inspect and test materials, equipment, and products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes of defects
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineers to implement and maintain quality systems and procedures
  • Develop and drive corrective actions and process improvements
  • Monitor quality performance and work closely with operators to identify and resolve issues

Quality Technician Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, inspections, or a similar role
  • Degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a technical trade preferred; ASQ certification a plus
  • Experience with quality tools, gauges, and standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF
  • Ability to create and manage SOPs, analyze data, and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in both an office setting and on the production floor, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate confidently, clearly, and effectively
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
