Sheet Extrusion Operator Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $26.00 /hour
• Third Shift (Monday through Friday)

• We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined Sheet Extrusion Operator to join our 3rd Shift Sheet Extrusion Department.

• This role is ideal for individuals with prior extrusion experience; however, we also welcome candidates who are new to extrusion but demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.

• Operate and monitor sheet extrusion equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production

• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and shutdowns according to production requirements

• Perform routine equipment inspections and identify potential mechanical or process issues

• Troubleshoot mechanical or process-related problems and escalating issues as needed

• Maintain consistent product quality by monitoring gauges, controls, and output

• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines

• Accurately document production data, process parameters, and shift activities
