Customer Support Associate (Bilingual) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Process and enter customer orders accurately using the ERP system.
- Communicate with customers to resolve order issues and provide updates on pricing, availability, and shipments.
- Generate order documentation, including acknowledgements, pick tickets, and invoices.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track and expedite shipments.
- Maintain customer records in CRM and provide follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
Customer Support Associate (Bilingual) Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; bilingual in Spanish.
- Experience with data entry, ERP systems, and general office tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
