Maintenance Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Perform general labor and custodial tasks, including trash pickup, cleaning buildings, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
- Complete landscaping and lawn care duties such as mowing, fertilizing, trimming, seeding, and weeding
- Clean and maintain common areas, offices, sidewalks, parking lots, playgrounds, and community spaces
- Sweep, mop, wax floors; clean windows, furniture, appliances, and fixtures
- Assist with painting apartments under supervision
- Assist maintenance technicians with basic construction, repairs, and facility upkeep
Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a maintenance team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
