Accounts Payable Specialist
We’re looking for a detail oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage vendor invoices, payments, and financial recordkeeping. This role ensures invoices are processed accurately and on time while supporting smooth day to day accounting operations.

Accounts Payable Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
- Prepare and process payments (ACH, checks, wire transfers)
- Reconcile AP accounts and verify monthly bank statements
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records, including 1099 documentation
Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or Specialist
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Effective communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
