Regional CDL Driver Details:
Direct Hire position- $
40.00 to $ 45.00 / hour First Shift
- Operate a Class A tractor-trailer to transport fresh produce across regional routes safely and efficiently.
- Maintain proper temperature control throughout transit to ensure product quality and freshness.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Manage delivery schedules, ensuring on-time arrivals and professional communication with customers and dispatch.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and documentation requirements.
- Handle loading and unloading tasks as needed while maintaining product integrity and safe handling procedures.
Regional CDL Driver Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR and safe driving history.
- Minimum 2 years of recent OTR or regional driving experience, preferably hauling refrigerated freight.
- Strong understanding of DOT compliance, hours-of-service regulations, and temperature-controlled transport.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to safety and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work a flexible regional schedule with consistent weekly mileage
