Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:30am to04:00pm )
- Wage $19.50+ DOE with increase at permanent hire
- Learn and contribute to the execution of preventive maintenance tasks, including lubricating bearings, changing filters, replacing worn-out parts, and performing regular maintenance checks as per the maintenance schedule.
- Assist maintenance personnel in the execution of maintenance work orders to perform minor/major repairs of production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Participate in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the factory premises by performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing and drywall repairs under the guidance of experienced maintenance personnel.
- Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines to promote a safe working environment. Report any potential hazards or unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in maintaining accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment logs to track maintenance activities and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge in maintenance practices and processes.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Vocational training or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools commonly used in maintenance tasks.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
