We are hiring Production Associates for Day & Night Shift working 4 days a week in the Puyallup area!

Production Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughThursday from 06:30am to05:15pm )
- Responsible for performing brazing operations to join metal parts according to specifications, using a torch method while ensuring strong, clean, and precise joints.
- Practice appropriate safety, security and environmental procedures. Handle relevant equipment with care, being concerned with safety and security. Immediately report safety concerns to Supervisor/Lead.
- Exercise care of all tools, machines and equipment through proper use and storage.
- Maintain a clean work area, including daily sweeping of floors, racking of tools, dies, guides and related equipment.
Production Associate Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to operate, monitor, and adjust machinery or production related equipment.
- Knowledge of basic manufacturing safety procedures.
- Able to work effectively both individually and in a team with minimal supervision; able to make decisions using own initiative adhering to company policies.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection techniques. Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot, problem-solve and effectively and efficiently make decisions.
- Understanding of production documentation, such as work orders, blueprints, or standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of tools or machines used in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer or data entry skills for logging production information.
