Order Processing / Customer Service Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Process customer orders received by phone, email, fax, and mail
- Enter orders, maintain customer files, and print daily sales/work orders
- Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve order issues
- Verify pricing, invoicing accuracy, and complete daily and weekly reports
- Organize and maintain active and closed order documentation
Order Processing / Customer Service Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 1 or more years of equivalent experience required
- Previous experience in order processing, administrative support, or customer service preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
- Proficient in basic computer systems and data entry
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
