Lab Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform chemical production and packaging of liquid, powder reagents, and microbial testing consumables following SOPs.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory and manufacturing equipment while completing quality control testing.
- Accurately complete production documentation, labeling, and inventory tracking using ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including proper chemical handling and equipment calibration.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support continuous improvement and team training initiatives.
Lab Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a chemical manufacturing or laboratory environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and experience with database or ERP systems preferred.
- Basic math skills and solid analytical/problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to safely operate equipment (e.g., pallet jack) and work in a chemistry production lab environment.
