We are seeking a motivated and physically capable Temporary Process Excellence (PEX) Operator to support our factory’s continuous improvement initiatives. This hands-on role drives visual management, workplace organization, and efficiency improvements across our production environment. Process Excellence Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Execute a variety of Process Excellence (PEX) tasks and participate in factory improvement activities.
- Collaborate with PEX Specialists, PEX Technicians, and Production teams to implement improvement plans and support daily operations.
- Implement visual management standards: painting, tape application, floor markings, and layout updates.
- Build, cut, assemble, and install wooden structures such as workstations, tool boards, shelving, and panels.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Process Excellence Operator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proven experience in physically demanding roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and extensive walking
- Proficiency in following safety guidelines and wearing required PPE
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
