Bilingual Korea & English Customer Service Rep Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to02:00pm )
- Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
- Process orders, new member applications, renewals, and returns
- Upsell products and promotions during every customer interaction
- Provide information on compensation plans, products, and business promotions
- Assist with order tracking, returns, and event registrations
- Maintain high productivity and customer service standards
- Utilize customer support systems efficiently to resolve inquiries
Bilingual Korea & English Customer Service Rep Qualifications:
- MUST live in Utah and be within an hour of Spanish Fork or Lehi UTAH
- MUST be FLUENT in KOREAN and ENGLISH
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle a wide range of customer inquiries
- Ability to promote and upsell products effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet high productivity and quality standards
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
