Production Warehouse Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Supervise polyurethane molding, finishing, and painting operations from start to final product
- Train, lead, and schedule production team members to meet daily output goals
- Monitor quality control, ensuring products meet specifications and finish standards
- Enforce safety procedures, PPE use, and compliance in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Coordinate workflow, materials, and equipment maintenance to support efficient production runs
Production Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production environments required
- Experience in molding, plastics, polyurethane, painting, or industrial finishing preferred
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and chemical handling procedures required
- Ability to read technical documents, measurements, and production specifications required
