This role involves a variety of tasks crucial to maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable environment for all occupants. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess a strong work ethic, and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team.**Key Responsibilities:*** Perform general painting duties, including surface preparation, minor patching, applying paint, and touch-ups on interior and exterior surfaces.* Execute comprehensive janitorial and cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waste removal, sanitizing restrooms, and cleaning common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.* Conduct groundskeeping activities such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, raking leaves, weeding, litter removal, and other general landscaping upkeep to maintain appealing outdoor spaces.* Assist with minor building maintenance and repairs as directed.* Operate and maintain various cleaning and groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently.
