Experienced Industrial Painter
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter with at least one year of experience to join our team. No training, you must have the experience. This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced production environment where quality and safety are top priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience with paint preparation, spray equipment, and finishing techniques, along with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Be open to working in other departments as needed.

Experienced Industrial Painter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Perform hands-on painting of parts and equipment, ensuring a high-quality, uniform finish
- Prepare surfaces, mix paints and thinners, and operate paint booth equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper care of tools and materials
- Track daily production, including quantities and scrap
- Follow all safety procedures and properly store and dispose of materials
- Assist with basic assembly and move finished parts to designated area
Experienced Industrial Painter Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of industrial painting experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to wear a half-mask respirator with no facial hair that interferes with proper fit
- Experience with paint prep, mixing, and spray equipment preferred
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a production environment Strong attention to detail and quality
- Experience must be on an updated Resume
