Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- The primary responsibility of this role is supporting vendors and clients with their accounts.
- This includes subscription status, profile updates, and credentialing requirements.
- You’ll also assist with insurance certificates, compliance tracking, and documentation updates.
- Answer inbound calls back to back.
- Deliver excellent customer service to customers via phone and email.
- Accurately document call details and customer interactions in call management systems.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English is a plus.
- Must type 45 WPM
- Must have basic computer knowledge and use it effectively (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Solutions oriented with strong, creative critical-thinking skills.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
