2nd Shift Fabricator Supervisor
The 2nd Shift Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of the Fabrication department to ensure the achievement of safety, quality, and productivity goals. This role leads by example, fosters a positive and safe work environment, and drives continuous improvement across operations.

2nd Shift Fabricator Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.85 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 01:00pm to11:00pm )
- Plan, organize, and direct daily fabrication operations on 2nd shift to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies, encouraging employee involvement, addressing concerns, and modeling safe behaviors.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate team members; hold employees accountable for performance, attendance, and adherence to company standards.
- Ensure all products meet established quality standards; identify and recommend improvements to fabrication and quality processes.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and efficiency; implement corrective actions as needed to optimize performance.
- Build strong working relationships with team members, peers, and cross-functional departments.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding production status, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist and serve as backup to the Fabrication Manager in their absence.
2nd Shift Fabricator Supervisor Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of fabrication/manufacturing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, equipment, and safety standards.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Manufacturing/fabrication floor environment.
- Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
- 2nd shift schedule (hours may vary based on production needs).
