Accounts Receivable Clerk (Bilingual) Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, posting payments (checks, credit cards, ACH), and applying credits or adjustments
- Monitor AR aging, perform collections, and resolve billing discrepancies with customers
- Reconcile customer accounts and prepare AR aging reports
- Complete month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Communicate professionally with Spanish-speaking customers regarding billing and collections
- Provide administrative and bookkeeping support as needed, including timecard processing
Accounts Receivable Clerk (Bilingual) Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with collections and customer-facing communication
- Proficient with accounting systems and basic office software
