Team Lead
We are seeking a motivated production Team Lead in Springville to support daily operations on a packaging line. This role is responsible for assisting with daily production activities, guiding line employees, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.

Team Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.50 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Support daily operations on the production and packaging lines
- Assign tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time
- Monitor and enforce compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and safety regulations
- Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or production problems to the Supervisor
- Operate and assist with various production equipment
Team Lead Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a production environment preferred (nutraceutical or pharmaceutical experience is a plus)
- Basic English communication skills (minimum 60% proficiency)
- Ability to follow instructions and lead small teams effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
