Marketing Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
26.44 to $ 28.84 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Occasional weekend work may be required for events or shows
- Lead marketing strategy to drive growth and revenue
- Manage CRM, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and lead tracking
- Create and oversee lead generation campaigns across digital, print, and field channels
- Track and report on KPIs
- Plan and optimize digital marketing (SEO, social, paid ads, AI tools)
- Manage print marketing materials and strategy
- Coordinate canvassing programs for lead generation
- Plan and execute events (home shows, trade shows, community events)
- Oversee event logistics, vendors, staffing, and performance tracking
- Partner with sales and call center teams to improve lead flow and follow-up
- Manage marketing budget and allocate resources based on performance
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Lead and support marketing staff, vendors, and contractors
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience (D2C, home improvement, manufacturing preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience with CRM, digital marketing, SEO, social media, and lead generation
- Strong analytical skills (KPIs, budgets, performance tracking)
- Leadership experience managing teams and vendors
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
- Professional, reliable, and accountable
