Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in solar panel manufacturing or industrial equipment maintenance.
This role is responsible for ensuring production equipment runs efficiently, minimizing downtime, and supporting overall plant operations.

Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 07:00pm to07:00am )
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on solar panel production equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
Repair and maintain conveyor systems, robotics, and assembly machinery.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
Support production team to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance technician experience (solar panel or manufacturing preferred)
- Experience in solar panel manufacturing or renewable energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
- Experience with PLC systems is a plus.
- Must pass drug screen and background check.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
