2nd Shift CNC Mill Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 35.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:30pm )
- Operate CNC milling machines (3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis) to produce precision medical device components
- Load/unload parts and ensure proper machine operation throughout production
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor adjustments to maintain accuracy
- Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, comparators)
- Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure parts meet tight tolerances
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Complete required documentation and inspection records
2nd Shift CNC Mill Operator Qualifications:
- 3+ years of CNC mill operation experience (medical device experience preferred)
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Ability to hold tight tolerances
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Familiarity with ISO/FDA or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
- Basic knowledge of tooling, offsets, and machine adjustments
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
