Part-Time Property Maintenance / Groundskeeper Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform routine landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Remove trash and debris from grounds and common areas.
- Conduct weeding and general plant care to maintain landscaping.
- Assist with basic maintenance and upkeep of outdoor areas.
- Monitor property conditions and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
- Ensure all outdoor spaces are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Part-Time Property Maintenance / Groundskeeper Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or groundskeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Dependable transportation and punctuality.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
