1st Shift Control Technician - Direct Hire Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $28.00 to $31.00 /hour
• First Shift

• Perform electrical control panel design based on quoted machine function.
• Specify control components based on LAS standards and customer specifications then create a Bill of Materials.
• Specify and install various types of feedback sensors to facilitate machine and process functions.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, Drives, programmable devices and feedback sensors within machine control systems to meet quoted output and performance.
• Provide technical support to control panel build and machine assembly departments.
• Assemble control panels and wire equipment when required.
• Represent company by servicing equipment on assigned projects by analyzing, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
• Prepare customer machine manuals, discs & prints and spare parts recommendation lists, per LAS standards, to facilitate customer machine operation and maintenance.·
• Maintain each machine specific archive by uploading latest designs, programs, manuals and relevant specifications to individual asset records
