Machine Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:30am to02:30pm )
- Assist with machine setup, including preparing feed sections and staging materials for production runs
- Feed raw materials into converting machines and support continuous operation
- Stack finished products and feed materials through bundlers to maintain workflow
- Perform quality checks on incoming and finished products, reporting any issues to the operator
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including end-of-shift cleanup
Machine Assistant Qualifications:
- Follow all plant rules and safety protocols, including consistent use of PPE
- Basic math, reading, and reasoning skills, including ability to read a tape measure to 1/16”
- Ability to use basic hand tools and understand work orders
- Strong attendance, reliability, and flexibility for overtime as needed
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and report quality issues
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
